Build the Capacity to strengthen their ability to implement effective programs for adolescents, Increase the technical skills, livelihood, psychosocial and life choices of adolescents and empower them to effect positive attitudinal and behavioral change.
Junior School Certificate JSC
To create opportunity for education of the drop out students by teaching them from class six to eight in collaboration with Bangladesh open university and CAMPE. Two hundred drop out students are taking non- formal education from Four ODL center.

Community Work in SDC Cyclone Shelters (follow up):
Goal:
Preparedness and reduction of risks for lives and livelihoods of the coastal vulnerable communities is increased through improved ownership and capacities of communities to manage and exploit the multipurpose cyclone shelters and improved skills and capacities on DRR.
Activities:
Establishing constitutions for each ABC(Shelter Management Committee), Complete legal registration for ABC, Installing operational manual for shelter building management and maintenance, Training on operational manual and preparation of shelter based activity plan with ABC, 5 Refresher training on Evacuation and First Aid & Hygiene to the ABC and volunteers, Training on emergency relief and recovery to ABC and UDMC, Refreshers training on Accounting, Communication (reporting and documentation, Deliver Pot Song to increase awareness on DRR, BCC Materials, CMDRR and shelter management training to volunteers, Mock drill on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Motivate and influence Community and Religious Leaders, Day observation, Shelter based DRR Information fair with services delivery departments, Training on need based Income Generating Activities (IGAs), fund raising and local resource mobilization, Local Market Analysis, Meeting for coordination with local authorities, ABCs, and CBOs, Policy and advocacy meeting with National, International Stakeholders and ABCs etc.
